Tony Nevshemal

President / CEO

Tony Nevshemal is responsible for all aspects of Expandable’s business operations, including product direction and new market strategies. Tony draws upon experience gained in executive management positions at both startups and Fortune 500 companies including E. I. du Pont Nemours and Company, DeltaNu LLC, and Intevac Inc..  Prior to being named CEO of Expandable in 2021, Tony was Vice President of Customer Support at Expandable.  Tony holds a MS degree from University of Iowa and MBA from Drake University.

Gerald G. Lass

VP R&D / Director / Founder

Jerry Lass is a co-founder of Expandable Software, Inc. and in his role as VP of Operations, Jerry oversees the strategic direction of business activities and helps guide the overall business. Jerry co-founded NCA Corporation and as Vice President and Director of NCA was responsible for the marketing and selling of NCA’s MAXCIM product, an integrated manufacturing and financial business system operating on a mini-computer hardware platform. Jerry has also held management positions with General Electric and Lockheed earlier in his career and received his BS in Mathematics from North Dakota State University.

David M. Kearney

CFO / Director / Founder

David Kearney is a co-founder of Expandable Software, Inc., and in his role as CFO helps guide the overall business and financial operations of the company. David is former vice president at NCA Corporation which he helped take public in 1981, and has comprehensive experience in finance and administrative functions, especially in raising capital for private and public offerings. Dave has also held management roles at General Electric and has served as an Officer in the U.S. Navy earlier in his career and received his BS in Mathematics from North Dakota State University.

Clint Taylor

VP Sales

Clint Taylor directs all aspects of Sales Operations and Management for Expandable with a persistent quest to build high integrity sales teams that bring best in class solutions to our customers. Clint brings 25 plus years of successful sales and marketing leadership expertise as VP Sales in 3 dynamic startups (most recent was Taylor Made Business Systems, Inc.), building strong trusting relationships with his customers. He also worked with Fortune 500 companies including Ricoh America’s Corp and IKON Office Solutions to gain invaluable sales, sales management, technology solutions, and leadership training. Clint, an avid entrepreneur, and a student of business all his life, holds an Executive MBA in Business Management from Saint Mary’s College of California, and a BS, Marketing degree from California State University, Sacramento.

John Buller

Principal Solutions Engineer

John Buller has responsibility for exploratory pre-sales engineering and sales support services to the entire Expandable sales force. John joined Expandable in 2007 with over 30 years’ experience in manufacturing, materials management, ERP system implementation, and business consulting. As Director of Operations for Harris Digital Telecommunications Systems, John was responsible for all materials and manufacturing activities in support of over $100M annual product sales, including an international supply chain, materials and manufacturing support for two technology transfer factories in mainland China. Over the course of his career in manufacturing and consulting, John has selected and implemented numerous ERP systems in both start‐up and well established equipment manufacturing organizations. John holds a BS in Mathematics, San Jose State University.

Patti Hales

VP of Finance

Patti Hales is responsible for guiding the accounting, finance, human resources and administrative functions of the company. Patti is a former VP of Finance at Smartrunk Systems, Inc. in Hayward, CA. She’s also been Controller of Selectone Corporation, also in Hayward, CA where she helped the company achieve ISO 9000 certification. Patti has used the Expandable ERP system since 1993 and was formerly the Treasurer of the Expandable Users Group.

Walter Saleme

VP of Customer support

Walter Saleme oversees all customer-facing activity including implementations, upgrades, training, consulting and support. He began his illustrious career as a receiving clerk for a manufacturing company while studying physics and music at Cal Poly State University. From there he moved up through various positions such as inventory analyst, production supervisor, and director of materials, later earning his CPIM from APICS (now ASCM) before landing at Expandable as a Customer Support Rep. Walter began at Expandable in 1999, then moved back to Argentina for 13 years where he consulted, taught, and owned and operated a music school. After returning to California, he rejoined the Expandable team, a company he admired for their work ethic and healthy culture. He has personally led over 50 successful implementations over the years, with a 100% success rate, and now uses his manufacturing and leadership experience to lead Expandable’s all-star support team.
