VP of Customer support
Walter Saleme oversees all customer-facing activity including implementations, upgrades, training, consulting and support. He began his illustrious career as a receiving clerk for a manufacturing company while studying physics and music at Cal Poly State University. From there he moved up through various positions such as inventory analyst, production supervisor, and director of materials, later earning his CPIM from APICS (now ASCM) before landing at Expandable as a Customer Support Rep. Walter began at Expandable in 1999, then moved back to Argentina for 13 years where he consulted, taught, and owned and operated a music school. After returning to California, he rejoined the Expandable team, a company he admired for their work ethic and healthy culture. He has personally led over 50 successful implementations over the years, with a 100% success rate, and now uses his manufacturing and leadership experience to lead Expandable’s all-star support team.
