Manufacturing/ERP Systems Analyst (full-time, regular)

DESCRIPTION
Develop and provide expertise on Expandable’s in-house developed enterprise resources planning (“ERP”) systems used for managing manufacturing operations and supply chain functions. Evaluate and identify gaps in ERP systems and suggest alternative solutions to resolve user’s supply chain, sales, procurement, production, distribution, accounting, and other manufacturing process and management control issues. Test ERP systems and resolve errors by making necessary modifications. Assist with planning and conduct ERP systems training classes for end users. Prepare ERP systems project status reports on manufacturing and management control processes. Design and prepare technical and functional presentations and recommend manufacturing and ERP process solutions for client issues. Integrate Expandable’s ERP system with other manufacturing process and production/management control systems. Design customized ERP system configurations and optimizations that meet user needs in streamlining their production processes and integrate workers, machines, materials, information, and energy to provide products/services efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in in Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field.
- Two years of experience in the job offered or related.
- Experience with:
- Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP system
- deep-dive data analysis using Power BI
- implementing ERP/Supply Chain solutions for semiconductor companies
- inventory management training
- SSRS reports management for procurement
